How can I check if my device is protected?
Go to your Dashboard → Farm → select the device. You’ll see the protection status, type (standard / extended), and expiration date.
Can I disable or cancel protection?
Standard protection comes included with all new devices and can’t be disabled. Extended coverage is optional, but once activated, it cannot be canceled or refunded — the service is triggered immediately and resources are allocated.
What does protection cover?
- Controller boards
- ASIC chips and hashboards
- Power components, fans, sensors
- Malfunctions due to overheating or internal failure (not caused by the user)
What’s not covered?
- Physical or water damage
- Overclocking or modifications
- Improper use, third-party repairs
- Failures caused by external components like non-original PSUs
Are there any exclusions in coverage?
Yes — coverage does not apply to:
- User-inflicted damage
- Devices that were tampered with, disassembled, or modified
- Extreme conditions (e.g. flooding, fire)
What qualifies as a valid claim?
Any internal device malfunction that was not caused by external factors or user error. If your miner stops working under normal conditions — you're covered.
Can I activate protection after the device breaks?
Standard warranty must be activated at purchase. Extended coverage can be applied retroactively in some cases — such as during a special launch promotion for devices that failed before coverage was available.
How can I extend coverage?
You’ll get a reminder 30 days before the expiration. You can extend directly from your dashboard — and get a 50% discount if you renew before the current term ends.
What should I do if my device stops working?
Nothing — we’ll handle it. Our system detects failures automatically, confirms the issue, and initiates repairs. You’ll get a status update, and the device will be restored as soon as possible.
